I am a father, husband and woodworker. I have been playing and working with wood for over 36 years. My dad was always building and fixing things around our house and encouraged me to help. Since before memories flicker into light, woodworking has been a happy place for me where stress and problems of the world fade away one cut at a time. Over the years, I have worked in several different fields from construction to land surveying, but I always seem to find myself back on the tools making things for myself and loved ones. I recently reached the conclusion that I need more of this in my life, and decided to tune up my woodshop and skills to try and do just that! More building, more creating, more passion, more fun! Thanks to my amazing and understanding wife and supportive family, I continue to create beautiful, functional pieces while striving for a work/life balance that really works for me.
